• Kindly pay attention on the ORDER DEADLINE stated, order(s) submitted before the deadline secure price & slot, while those after due date will not be entertained.
• Items marked as "TENTATIVE PRE-ORDER" are those with uncertain release date/availability, subject to reschedule/changes and actual release date SOLELY depends on manufacturers. These items can be ordered as per any regular item & we shall inform buyer as soon as possible once we have gotten the exact information or procure sufficient slot.
• Pre-Order price shown is FIXED, except there is massive fluctuation on the currency exchange rate.
• Submission of DEPOSIT AMOUNT stated is mandatory for order confirmation, while balance & postage will be collected accordingly upon stock release.
• Deposit collected is NOT REFUNDABLE, except in the case of supplier's stock/slot shortage. In such cases, PO items will be distributed base on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
• Failure of clearing the balance within TWO WEEKS/14 DAYS from informed date will lead to deposit forfeiture.
• ETA (estimated time of arrival) state serves as a reference only, actual date/time varies, subject to manufacturer/supplier arrangement, shipping time, Customs clearance etc.
